Covid-19 Policy

I can safely photograph your property to provide you with photos, and floor plans to reduce in-person contact while giving high visibility and "qualified" traffic to your property. To ensure the safety of everyone and to comply with CDC guidelines, below are my COVID-19 policies for all properties. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me immediately.

1. It is preferred to only have one occupant and one realtor present at the property until after I leave.

2. Any person meeting me at the property MUST wear a mask and maintain 6' social distance at all times.

3. Property MUST be clean before I arrive. If the property has any questionable sanitation issues, I will leave the property and notify the realtor.

4. It is IMPERATIVE that I am informed PRIOR to my arrival of any person occupying the property in the past 30 days has tested positive for COVID-19, or experienced a fever or signs of respiratory illness such as cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing; or has experienced any COVID-19 symptoms.

5. All interior lights should be turned on prior to my arrival, reducing my physical contact with surfaces. Additionally, please lower all toilet seats, ensure no items will need to be moved by me, and that all unavoidable surfaces such as doorknobs are sanitized before I arrive. Note that I will not turn off lights when I leave, thus avoiding further surface contact. Realtor or Occupant should be present to move any items that will need to be rearranged.

6. If I have to leave the property due to any violations of these policies, there will be a $100 cancellation fee.
